VIVO General Trading LLC (“VIVO Fitness”) operates two primary sales channels: 

1) Commercial Sales where products are sold and purchased via a direct relationship with our sales team, typically through contractual mechanisms such as Purchase Orders and/or Sales Contracts; 

2) Online Sales, where products are sold and purchased via the Online Store function on our website https://vivofitness.com

Terms and Conditions – Online Store 

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases between you (“the Customer”) and VIVO General Trading LLC (“VIVO Fitness”). If any of these terms and conditions concern you, please do not purchase from the site and/or email us with any concerns at [email protected]

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulates that the governing law is the local law. VIVO Fitness does not and will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

 

Method of Payment and Card Types Accepted:

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://vivofitness.com  policies and rules. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

 

Shipping Information:

VIVO Fitness delivers our Products to all GCC Counties (non-sanctioned) but mainly within the UAE. All shipping and delivery of our products will be conducted by a third-party courier.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days from dispatch and from 4 to 10 working days from dispatch to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 15 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Important: VIVO Fitness sends orders through Aramex. We will always do our best to process your order and hand it over to the courier company as quickly as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee their service, delivery timelines or accuracy of tracking information.

 

Delivery Charges

All products have shipping costs added to them and we can confirm that these shipping charges are based on dimensions and weights. In some cases, we’ve found ways of reducing the product costs, to help our customers with the addition of shipping charges.

In all cases, buying directly through the VIVO Fitness site will still remain considerably cheaper than purchase from an international supplier.

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions or coupon codes. In all cases, Free Shipping offers will only be available for customers within the specific regions listed on the offer. International deliveries will still be chargeable.

 

Liabilities and Law

Vivofitness.com is owned and operated by VIVO General Trading LLC who maintains the https://vivofitness.com Website (“Site”).

The buyer assumes all risk and liability for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the sale and use of any products from vivofitness.com. The buyer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold VIVO General Trading LLC  harmless against any liability, losses, damages or costs (including any legal costs) incurred or suffered resulting from the sale and use of any products.

Crossrope Returns Policy 

At VIVO Fitness, we stand behind the products we sell and are confident that they will perform as designed. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality and performance of the products, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of when you receive your purchase. We love our customers and make every effort to ensure that you have an amazing experience.

Crossrope Sizing Guidance

After you’ve received your Crossrope products still have difficulty jumping and think your rope length is incorrect or if you have decided that you want to exchange for another one of our products within 30 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected]

 

Crossrope Hassle Free Returns 

If you do need to make a return, we do want to say thank you for giving Crossrope a try. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Crossrope jumpers, and as such, we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience.

With that said, we know that sometimes the Crossrope system is not the right fit and we don’t want to leave anyone feeling burned. That’s why we offer hassle-free returns to customers, which means:

  • You may cancel an order at any time prior to it being shipped
  • You may return your current generation ropes within the first 30 days after your receipt.

Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to provide you another set or refund the payment. All refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been damaged due to the use of the product. If all these conditions are met, we will organize the pickup of your products using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund or exchange. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been damaged. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable and you will only be refunded for the product cost.

 

Crossrope Special Conditions

To protect our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear. If you’re unsure on whether you are going to keep the product, please test it on indoor surfaces only
  • Orders outside of the 30 day policy window

 

Crossrope measurements

All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate.

Please ensure you review our Sizing Chart before ordering.

 

Crossrope Warranties 

Crossrope handles are covered by a 2-year warranty; if there is an issue with your handles, we will make it right.

Crossrope jump ropes are not covered by warranty. That does not mean the ropes aren’t excellent quality and durable. It just means that all ropes wear out over time and you will eventually need to replace your ropes. 

Here are some factors that affect rope longevity:

The volume of use outdoor use compared to indoor use: outdoor use is fine, but indoor use extends rope life

Frequency and duration of use: more use = faster wear

Temperature: prolonged use in very cold temperatures can reduce rope life

Rope thickness: heavier ropes have a thicker plastic coating and last longe

Damages and Delivery Discrepancies 

Please advise us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any claims relating to deliveries that have exceeded more than 24 hours. We will replace damaged items within that period if the damage has not been caused by misuse.

 

Coupon Codes

Coupon Codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other, unless stated otherwise. Only one coupon code per order is allowed unless otherwise specified.
